Flower arrangements cannot be returned once delivered.
Refunds or replacements are provided if the wrong item was delivered.
In case we are unable to arrange delivery at the exact time requested by the customer, we will offer an alternate delivery time. If the customer does not accept the alternate time, a refund will be issued.
If the customer does not wish to proceed with the suggested substitution (flower) at the time of booking, he/she has the right to cancel the order, and a refund will be issued at the time of cancellation.
For refunds, transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount: 3.1% for foreign cards and 2.5% for local cards. This is valid only for transactions made through the website. ( these are the commission which is charged by the bank)
