Terms and Conditions

1. General

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all flower purchases and related services provided by Rosarian Florists.

• We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website/at our shop.

 

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders can be placed online, by phone, WhatsApp, or in-store.

• All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may change without notice.

• Online payments are required for orders placed through our website.

• If a customer is unable to complete the online payment, they may contact us by phone or WhatsApp to arrange alternative payment methods.

 

3. Product Availability & Substitutions

  • Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.
  • If a specific flower or item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with similar flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and quality of the arrangements
  • If the customer does not wish to proceed with the suggested substitution at the time of booking, he/she has the right to cancel the order, and a refund will be issued at the time of cancellation.
  • Colors of flowers may vary slightly from the images shown on our website, except for roses. However, we will make every effort to provide the exact color requested.

4. Delivery

  • Deliveries are available within Colombo and selected areas across Sri Lanka. Delivery times may vary depending on location and traffic conditions.
  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery times but will do our best to meet requested time slots.
  • Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the recipient or an authorized person at the delivery address.
  • Standard delivery hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m
  • For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 4:00 p.m. Customers may contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp to arrange delivery time on special request, subject to availability.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  Flower arrangements cannot be returned once delivered.

•Refunds or replacements are only provided if the wrong item was delivered.

•In case we are unable to arrange delivery at the exact time requested by the customer, we will offer an alternate delivery time. If the customer does not accept the alternate time, a refund will be issued.

•If the customer does not wish to proceed with the suggested substitution (flower) at the time of booking, he/she has the right to cancel the order, and a refund will be issued at the time of cancellation.

6. Special Occasions

•During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Sinhala & Tamil New Year, Christmas, etc.), it is better to place orders well in advance to ensure availability and avoid disappointment.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details (address, phone number, recipient name).

• We will not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

 

8. Intellectual Property

•All photos, logos, and content on our website/social media belong to Rosarian Florists. They cannot be used without written permission.

 

9. Privacy

• Customer details will be kept confidential and used only to process orders and improve our services.
